This web site resource is brought to you by Hilary Fox Cooke.  I am directly involved in the content, design and products/services being offered through my office and this web site.

I limit my scope and concentrate on the six New England States. I would rather be an expert in these jurisdictions, offer good advice and serve my customers to the best of my ability. How somebody capably serves fifty states, I have no idea.

Many of the health insurance companies on my web site offer on-line plan enrollment and that is a great tool. But being certain that you are signing up for the best choice may require further information. If you have any questions about health insurance coverage I encourage you to call me so we can go through the process together. Yes, I know, it is “old school” to use the phone, but the time you spend talking to me will be productive and efficient.  My goal is a well served customer.  If there is a better way to do it please let me know!

I only collect basic information (date of birth, gender, zip code, height, weight, name, phone number, and email) to shop for the best policies and to communicate with you. You will not give any protected health information until you are ready to apply with a health insurance company. If you are applying for coverage using an online application, all of the health insurance companies use encryption to make you secure. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to give a quote or mail information.

I will provide you with professional, courteous service without compromising your privacy. So, if you call wanting to talk about your existing coverage, please be patient while I ask you a few questions to make sure that I am talking to you, and not somebody else!

Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about policy changes, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only people who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, underwriting or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and I shred sensitive paper waste.
